What standards should be followed when constructing chemical or biological laboratories and cafeterias?

As the title suggests, this is a canteen where cooking is done by using fire inside; it seems there are no specific standards to follow! Is it the case that the standards of a particular field are adopted whenever that field is involved? Please be aware that it would be best if someone who has worked on similar projects could provide guidance; I would be very grateful! ! !
There are relevant standards for laboratories, but I haven’t seen any standards for canteens; one should refer to the building codes instead! GB 50346-2004 Technical Code for Biosafety Laboratory Buildings
