1. Reasons for dead bed: (1) The material fed into the furnace is too wet or contains too many lumps ； (2) Low hot air volume or low temperature ； (3) The height of the dry material layer on the bed surface is insufficient ； (4) Uneven distribution of hot air. Treatment method: (1) Reduce the moisture content of the material ； (2) Increase air volume and raise temperature ； (3) Add material slowly to increase the thickness of the dry material layer ； (4) Adjust the opening degree of the intake valve.
It’s also possible that the gas distribution plate is partially blocked； There is too much solid material ； Static electricity causes the material to clump together ；
