Types of refrigerators. The commonly used refrigeration methods in industry include compression refrigeration, absorption refrigeration, and jet refrigeration. Among them, compressed refrigeration is widely used. (1) Compression refrigeration machine: A compression refrigeration system is primarily composed of four main components – the compression refrigeration machine, the condenser, the expansion valve, and the evaporator – along with auxiliary equipment. These components are connected to each other through pipelines to form a closed system. The compressor compresses the refrigerant vapor in the evaporator to generate power, and the gas at a higher temperature is sent to the condenser. Inside the condenser, it is condensed into a liquid by heat exchange with the cooling medium, and then it passes through an expansion valve where it undergoes throttling and expansion to become a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid before entering the evaporator. It absorbs the heat from the medium to be cooled in the evaporator and vaporizes into steam, which is then drawn away by the compressor to start a new cycle, thus completing the cooling process. Reading the model number of a refrigerator: For example, 4FV10 – here, “4” refers to the number of cylinders in the refrigerator. “F” refers to: the name of the refrigerant (A stands for ammonia, F stands for Freon). “V” refers to: structural code. “10” refers to the cylinder diameter code.
The refrigerators in our company are manufactured by a factory in Wuxi, and they keep shutting down for no apparent reason. Please help analyze the cause
