Our company doesn't have enough chlorine. Even the tail chlorine and waste chlorine are used to produce hydrochloric acid and subsodium. However, our hydrogen is really of no use.

For chlor-alkali companies close to developed areas in the east, because there are many downstream chlorine-consuming product development companies, product demand is large, and there is no problem of unsalable liquid chlorine, there is a lot of room for choice when adjusting the chlor-alkali balance. In addition, chlorine is easier to collect than hydrogen, so hydrogen venting is chosen without adding equipment to produce more liquid chlorine and alkali. For most northern enterprises, they mainly produce alkali and PVC, and the downstream chlorine-consuming products are single. At the same time, due to the transportation of hazardous chemicals, liquid chlorine can easily encounter a backlog of liquid chlorine in production, and they are forced to reduce flow or use methods such as sub-production sodium discharge to preserve production. Xinjiang Tianye has a good solution to this problem, which is to install a hydrogen production device to combine it with chlorine gas to produce hydrogen chloride for production by PVC factories and balance it internally.
