Some time ago, there was a surge of interest in coal chemical processing, and many powder gasification units were installed. Currently, China has all the world’s powder gasification technologies available there. Could everyone share information on how these different powder gasification technologies are performing? What are the common causes of parking difficulties? What are the reasons for the inability to operate over long periods? Let’s all show enthusiasm and help our domestic peers avoid unnecessary detours, thus making a contribution to China’s coal chemical industry. This post was last edited by xuqinger on 2009-2-3 19:23]
Our company’s SHELL units are forced to shut down in the following situations: fluctuations in oxygen levels, slag buildup in the gasifier, high pressure differences in the gasifier, damage to the flame arresters and water walls, failure of the ceramic filters, problems with the coal grinding/transportation systems, faults in the frequency converters of the quench air compressors, and changes in the type of coal used (if detected in time, this will only result in a reduction in load). Of course, instrument failures or electrical faults at the key control points are also causes of shutdowns in gasification units. This post was last edited by LZ Gas Station on 2009-2-2 20:09.]
The Ende coal-fired unit is forced to shut down in the following situations: fluctuations in oxygen levels, which result in poor operational performance; The failure rate of the coal grinding/transportation system is high; management and lubrication efforts need to be strengthened ; When the type of coal changes, the operating conditions should be adjusted promptly.
