What do you check during inspections? Specify your own position as precisely as possible; for example: pumps, heat exchangers, containers, thermal inspections, regular tests, fans, packaging, tanks, towers, reactors
For each inspection point, there are specific items to be checked. For example, when inspecting a certain tank, the following tasks are required: 1. Check whether the oil level, oil temperature, and flow rate of tanks T05–T09 are normal. 2. Check whether the nitrogen seal on tank T07 is functioning properly. 3. Check whether the steel belt indicator is working correctly or if there is any deviation. 4. Check whether the heating steam is operating properly. 5. Check the quality of the oil and remove any water present in it
Is the equipment operating properly, and have all the process parameters been met?
The inspection items for production equipment generally include: the outlet pressure and current of each operating pump； Liquid levels in various towers, tanks, and containers ； Main parameters of the equipment for each operating unit. The operating status of various heat exchange and cooling equipment. Monitoring of key areas. Thermal inspection, to detect any abnormally high temperature points in high-temperature equipment.
During inspections, one should check: 1. One’s own post, and ensure that the work is done properly in accordance with the requirements to avoid any problems. ⒉Ensure overall safety by enabling staff in related positions to learn from one another and improve together ； ⒊Inspections should be focused; one cannot try to address everything at once. Identify the areas that are unclear, unsafe, or in need of improvement, and concentrate on those to keep making progress.
