Chain crushers perform well when dealing with sticky and moist bulk materials, but the processing capacity mentioned in the available data does not exceed 50 tons per hour. It’s almost impossible to achieve 50 tons per unit machine, unless you don’t care about the particle size of the output. Any manufacturer can simply make the cylinder larger; however, a larger cylinder results in larger particles being produced. While the processing capacity increases, the desired particle size isn’t achieved. It is recommended to use multiple machines with separate material streams in order to increase production volume
