Generator overflow temperature

Our factory keeps the generator temperature at 80-90, but the overflow temperature is lower, around 50. I’m not sure what the control settings are in other facilities
The overflow temperature control for the generator in our factory is also around 80-90 degrees! It’s too low; more acetylene will be lost
The indicators can be optimized; we adjusted the original values of 80–90 to 83–87, and it seems to work quite well.
The generator’s overflow temperature is around 50 degrees; it’s mainly a matter of controlling the water flow rate – higher flow rates result in a lower overflow temperature. However, I think 50 degrees is acceptable. This post was last edited by wang*neng on 2009-2-6 11:23]
