The fluidity and viscosity of coal-water slurry are obviously related to the temperature of coal-water slurry. At what degree Celsius should coal-water slurry be generally controlled?
Coal-water slurry is generally controlled at around 30-45C, and the best concentration is around 60%.
The temperature of our unit coal water slurry is 60 degrees and the concentration is 58-65% (wt).
Generally around 60 degrees, concentration 60-63%

We do not control the temperature of the water. Generally, gray water is used at about 45---50℃ in winter and 50---60℃ in summer, which has little effect on the coal slurry.
The temperature is generally not deliberately controlled. The water used in our mills is very mixed. Environmental protection does not allow the small amount of water that cannot be processed in various parts of the factory to be sent to the mill. Sometimes, no one needs to use the water dedicated to the mill. The concentration of coal slurry is generally better. We designed it to be 65-66%. However, due to poor coal quality, it can only reach about 60% now.
Our design is 50℃, concentration 62-63%
Generally, it is 50~60℃. This temperature cannot be completely determined, because there are many sources of grinding water, water from different sections. Unless the water temperature and flow rate in each section are stable, the grinding water can also be stable. This still depends on the experience value of your own factory, and cannot be generalized! ! !
For the concentration of coal-water slurry, each manufacturer has its own concentration. There are many factors that affect the concentration of coal slurry. 1. Type of coal. 2. Amount of added water. 3. Distribution of particle size. The influence of coal type is relatively large. It cannot be achieved in order to obtain a higher concentration without economic restrictions. Although the concentration is conducive to gasification, the wear of the pipeline is also large. Therefore, each manufacturer must choose the concentration according to its own needs.
