What type of flow meter is suitable for using in coal slurry gas generation processes? What flow meters are you currently using?
Our unit uses electromagnetic flowmeters
For measuring gases: turbine flowmeters, vortex flowmeters, float flowmeters, gear flowmeters. For measuring steam: vortex flowmeters, orifice plate flowmeters, thermal flowmeters. For measuring low-viscosity liquids: electromagnetic flowmeters (except for pure water), turbine flowmeters, vortex flowmeters, float flowmeters. For measuring high-viscosity liquids: gear flowmeters
Generally, domestic SHELL gasifiers use tachometers from American Thermo-Electric and German DYNA. However, foreign products are relatively expensive, and if they break down, there is no one available to repair them. The principle is based on the physical effects of the electrostatic charges of solid particles. Two sensors spaced 42 MM apart detect the static electricity of coal powder; over time, a time difference appears between the waveforms of these two sensors, and by analyzing this time difference, the speed of the coal powder can be determined. Our company develops coal powder and slurry velocity meters through independent research by several doctoral professors from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Thermoelectric and DYNA speedometer products can also be repaired. Those who have faulty speedometer products can contact me. QQ121334 18349365823
