Inspection Discussion

　　To detect potential hazards during the operation of production facilities in a timely manner, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection of critical equipment. Under normal circumstances, the inspection of critical equipment should include the following points: 1. A inspection system must be established. The system should specify which role is responsible for important equipment (that is, who will carry out the inspections), the scope of inspections, the key aspects that must be checked during inspections, the frequency of inspections, and the inspection routes. It should also require that inspection records be kept, and any potential hazards identified must be reported promptly. 　　2. The inspection of critical equipment must be carried out by experienced operators in the relevant positions. Generally, experienced supervisors first guide new employees or those with limited experience during inspections, providing guidance and support; once these individuals become proficient, they are usually the ones to carry out the inspections. 　　3. During inspections, one should not be casual; instead, it is necessary to carefully listen, touch, smell, and observe in order to identify any existing problems or potential hazards. This allows for the timely detection of such issues, providing a basis for formulating preventive measures and thus ensuring the long-term, safe, and stable operation of the equipment.

Inspection personnel: 1. Operators: once per hour, or every half hour. 2. Equipment managers: 2 times a day. 3. Maintenance staff: 4 times a day. First, establish strict inspection procedures; second, keep proper records of the inspections; and finally, determine the dates for the inspections! ! (The operators should check once per shift, the on-duty supervisors once a day, while factory-level managers should conduct inspections once a month or once a quarter!) ）
