The main issue with us is the external cooler, the type that uses the evaporation of liquid ammonia for cooling. Since the management required operation at full liquid level, we had no choice but to comply. As a result, the external cooler was completely clogged in less than 5 days. I had to rinse it with water. Another issue is secondary separation. The primary separator here is horizontal, and I’m not familiar with its internal structure either. The second stage is the hydrocyclone; our manager requires that liquid ammonia be fed in at the first-stage separator. It is said that this can lower the temperature of liquid ammonia. rather than going directly into the external cooler. Personally, I think this means that the effect of the primary separator is completely offset. Because a certain liquid level needs to be maintained in the separator, as required by the management. Another issue is the salt outlet. We don’t know what the problem is here either; it keeps getting blocked. After the leader went to study*, he demanded that Mother Two be used to flush out the salt outlet. I think that’s complete nonsense. The sodium ion concentration in the mother cell 2 is almost saturated. How to dissolve salt. Not to mention ammonium chloride. What’s the use of using this to rinse? It’s better to use water. Another one is the square tank of the cold crystallization vessel, which is the collection tank for the external cooler. The one that goes back to the central tube. It’s also often congested now.
