Is the treatment the same across Sinopec’s various locations?

My classmates who just graduated are working at oil refineries across different locations. It seems to be part of Sinopec, but the benefits vary from place to place. What’s the reason for that? Is it better in the south or the north? Which is better, oil refineries or chemical plants?
It’s definitely different; the south is better than the north. In my opinion, the treatment levels in different regions are as follows: CNPC > Sinopec. Within Sinopec, the order is Maoming > Zhenhai > Guangdong Petrochemical > Shanghai > Yangzi > Qingdao > Yanshan > Tianjin > Jilin Refinery > Qilu > Shihua Refinery

What concerns me is how to get into Sinopec.
Do you want to work at Sinopec? Why? What do you think is good about that company? If you really want to work there, you should go to the south. I’m currently working at Sinopec, and I don’t see anything good about it at all; the benefits are terrible too. Here we don’t even get 35,000 per year! Do you still want to come here? Well, we work at Sinopec Hubei Fertilizer, and the company loses money every year… It’s constantly operating on and off, which is frustrating; we barely earn any money at all. I’m completely confused`~

The Jinan Refinery is quite good; why was it ranked low? It should be re-evaluated

First of all, what I want to say is that the answer to this question is quite obvious – it’s not the era of equal treatment for everyone; how could things be the same in such a situation? I have worked at two Sinopec subsidiaries; the benefits offered at the two were different, and there were also significant differences among various departments within each subsidiary.
It seems we younger ones need to think it over carefully.
