Recently, I’ve been seeing many posts related to the water quality requirements for waste heat boilers and ordinary boilers. Below are the water quality requirements for the waste heat boilers in our facility; please share the water quality requirements for the boilers in your own facilities as well: Water Quality Specifications 1. Total solids in the boiler water: Range ≤ 3000 mg/L 2. Boiler water pH: 10–11 3. PO4-3: 15–20 mg/L 4. Total alkalinity:
Our company’s water quality standards: Sequence No., Control Parameter, Control Limit. 1. Total alkalinity: ≤12 mmol/L; 2. pH value: 10–12; 3. Chloride ions: ≤250 PPm; 4. Phosphate ions: 10 PPm–30 PPm
May I ask what the designed steam pressure for your waste heat boiler is? Can the total alkalinity be controlled? How is it controlled? Added those drugs?
