I would like to ask the experts here: how do you handle heavy residual oil in your plants, especially oil slurry and raw materials?
Use steam to purge the heavily contaminated oil line into the tank area
Steam is used to pump the heavily contaminated oil through the emergency bypass line to the tank farm; after dehydration there, it is returned to the plant as raw material
The raw materials are fed into the feed tank for reprocessing, while the oil slurry is either sold or blended.
Slurry is usually transported out, while heavily contaminated oil is returned to the dedicated tank for blending and reprocessing
Our slurry is discharged to the tank farm and then sent to refineries with delayed coking units.
The heavy contaminated oil here enters the fractionation tower via the second intermediate line
All catalytic slurry is sent out externally; lightly contaminated oil is fed into distillation for reprocessing, while heavily contaminated oil is fed into delayed coking.
