A project manager doesn’t necessarily have a certificate; those who do have one aren’t necessarily project managers, and project managers with certificates may not have obtained them through their own efforts.

It is not easy to be a good project manager. A project manager must possess a macroscopic perspective for overall planning, have a unique personal charisma to lead their team, and have extensive technical expertise; it is acceptable to lack proficiency in certain areas, but there should be no gaps in knowledge. Domestic project managers also need a stable family support system and a high tolerance for alcohol.
