Key inspection items for this unit (please feel free to share): 1. Review shift handover and report records, measurement reports, and dispatch operation tickets, and check the implementation status of these operation tickets； 2. Check the records in various ledgers and record relevant data in a timely manner ； 3. Verify the process and check the status of the valve switches ； 4. Check the liquid level and pressure of the spherical tank, and strictly prevent operation beyond the specified process parameters ； 5. Inspect pipelines, valves, flanges, and dehydration valves to prevent leaks strictly ； 6. Check the temperature of the spherical tank, the heating of the pipelines, and the pressure relief status of the pipelines ； 7. Check the condition of safety facilities ； 8. Check the operating conditions and integrity of relevant dynamic and static equipment ； 9. Inspect and test the fire protection facilities in the tank area as required ； 10. Strengthen the inspection of pipelines for newly installed equipment ； 11. Strengthen the implementation of anti-freezing and anti-condensation measures in winter

1. Pay close attention to changes in the liquid level, pressure, and temperature of the spherical tank; check for any leaks at the site, and address any issues that are found promptly. 2. Regularly inspect and test the combustible gas detectors in the area surrounding the spherical tank, as well as the alarms for overpressure and excessive liquid level, to ensure they are in good working condition. 3. Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the accessories associated with the spherical tank, especially safety valves and level gauges, to ensure they remain functional.
