There are now simulation software (OTS) that are quite suitable for training operators who lack experience.

There is no such thing as a free lunch. Typical companies still need to find some materials on their own and organize training.
Agreed; the main element in training is still people. It’s important to identify the key focus areas – for example, new systems require more emphasis on sharing experience, while older systems demand more attention to details and principles. Information can actually be found everywhere.
