Winter anti-freezing measures for storage and transportation equipment

This winter has been quite cold, and there have been multiple instances of equipment damage due to freezing in my facility, including cooling water pumps, the cooling water systems of air separation equipment, eye wash stations, as well as the tap water and fire suppression systems. Two points: Insulate or drain water wherever there is a risk of water accumulation. Provide heat tracing in all areas where condensation is a concern.
