What do the values of the coke pushing coefficient % K1, K2, K3 in the report of the coke pushing shift in the coke oven workshop mean? K1 is used to evaluate the degree of consistency between the planned coking time in the coke pushing schedule and the specified coking time; K2 is used to evaluate the compliance with the coke pushing plan during the shift ; K3 is used to evaluate the company’s overall management level of the workshops. Additionally, it should be noted that the planned coking uniformity coefficient reflects whether 1. the coking time matches the specified coking time; 2. Were there any mechanical and operational accidents, uneven furnace temperatures, or external factors affecting coke extraction from the carbonization chamber? ; 3. Has Shift 3 taken out the products according to the specified number of furnaces? ; 4. Is the coke pushing schedule properly and reasonably arranged? The coefficient of uniform coke pushing during execution indicates: 1. whether there is a motor failure ; 2. Whether all positions in this team are coordinating properly.
