Has anyone who is experienced in manual calculations calculated the height of the packing in absorption towers? I’ve been unsure about how to do this calculation lately. Can those who have example problems get in touch with me? 460785963; there will definitely be some compensation
Generally, one meter of packing is equivalent to three layers of tray plates! First, calculate the theoretical number of theoretical plates to determine the actual number of towers, and then convert it to the packing height! This method can only yield an approximate result! The specific height depends on the efficiency of the filler! Send the simulation results obtained from one board to the filler manufacturer, and they will give you the height!
