Where do high-temperature hot water pumps have the best sealing? Temperature 220 degrees, pressure 1.7 MPa.
I have 2 hot water circulation pumps from Dalian Deep Blue here, with seals made by Chuanmi.
The key to high-temperature sealing lies in the proper choice of flushing fluid; generally, PLAN 23 is used for flushing, along with forced circulation cooling.
For the mechanical seals used in high-temperature hot water pumps, there are three key points: First is the seal flushing scheme mentioned earlier; it is recommended to use the PLAN23 scheme for temperatures above 150°C； Secondly, the material used for the auxiliary seal in mechanical seals must be heat-resistant, such as polytetrafluoroethylene or perfluororubber ； Third, a cooling water system for the pump is necessary, especially for cooling the sealing chamber and the sealing gland. By addressing the above three points, there will be no issues with the mechanical seal of the hot water pump! Many manufacturers in China can produce them, such as Dandong Klon, Sichuan Nikki, Shanghai Bogman, and others! :)
