Air-type flow meters are inaccurate

There is an air-type flow meter on site. One day, it was found that the flow indication was showing an over-range value. The possible causes were as follows: 1. Blockages in the high and low pressure tubes of the transmitter. After clearing these blockages, the over-range issue improved, but the flow indication was still significantly high. I thought that the transmitter might be distorted, but even after having the instrumentation technicians make adjustments, the flow indication remained high. So what could be the actual cause?
If the correction is successful, the most likely explanation is that there is still an obstruction in the low-pressure side conduit, though it is not severe, or that there is fluid accumulation in the high-pressure side conduit.
Check the throttle element; there is a blockage in the negative pressure chamber
