Coke Tower Bottom Cover Loading and Unloading Operation Regulations 1. The purpose of this regulation is to ensure the safe production of coke towers and clarify the loading and unloading operation requirements of the coke tower bottom cover machine and tower bottom cover. 2. Scope of application: This procedure is applicable to atmospheric pressure coking workshops. 3. Content 3.1 Inspection and Preparation Ÿ Check whether there are any obstacles or oil stains on the loading and unloading machine track. Ÿ Check whether the bolts of all parts of the vehicle are tight (including the bolts of the motor). Ÿ Check whether the grounding of the traveling motor is safe and reliable, and whether the opposite wheels and cable tracks are intact. Ÿ Check whether the driving wire rope is flexible and easy to use, and whether there are dead knots or broken wires. Ÿ Check each oil filling point and whether the oil level and oil quality of the reducer's oil tank are normal. Ÿ Check whether the magnetic valve is flexible and reliable. Ÿ Check whether the oil level in the oil pump tank is normal. Ÿ Check whether each valve is flexible and easy to use and at the correct opening. Ÿ Check whether the joints of the oil pipeline are firm and whether there are leaks. Ÿ Whether the signaling system is correct and easy to use, it has been debugged before driving. Ÿ The 10-meter tools are fully prepared, including bolts, lubricating oil, graphite paper, gaskets, etc. Ÿ Check whether the lifting ring of the feeding short pipe is tight. Ÿ Whether the fire-fighting equipment is complete and usable. 3.2 Remove the bottom cover and after the water is drained from the coke tower, perform the following work according to the instructions in the decoking condition confirmation table: Ÿ Start the truck and align the lifting plunger rod with the flange at the bottom of the tower. Ÿ After cranking the oil pump, start the oil pump. After the circulation is established and normal, operate the return valve and the lifting plunger oiling valve to introduce oil into the lifting plunger. At the same time, control the oiling valve to make the plunger rise slowly so that the lifting plunger is completely pressed against the flange at the bottom of the tower. Ÿ If the plunger is blocked during the rising process, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. Ÿ Remove the feed short pipe at the bottom of the tower and check the water release situation. Ÿ When the plunger is firmly against the bottom cover of the tower, use an air wrench to loosen the bolts symmetrically and then remove them. Ÿ When all bolts are removed, stop the oil pump, open the oil return valve, and slowly lower the crane column and tower bottom cover. Ÿ Remove the crane, install a purge elbow on the feed line flange, contact the coke tower operator to use steam to sweep away the oil in the feed pipe, and then start the crane to align the protective tube with the coke outlet at the bottom of the tower. Ÿ Start the oil pump and open the oil supply valve of the protective cylinder to make the protective cylinder rise evenly. 3.3 Install the bottom cover. After receiving the notice from the squad leader, start the bottom cover installation operation. Start the oil pump, open the oil valve of the protective cylinder, and slowly lower the protective cylinder. Ÿ Clean the oil stains on the tower bottom flange, take out the sealing gasket on the bottom cover flange and clean the impurities and oil stains in the bottom cover sealing groove. Be careful not to damage the sealing surface and sealing gasket. Ÿ Remove the oil dirt and coke powder from the bottom cover gasket, apply graphite powder oil or grease evenly, put the gasket in place and let it slide slightly in the groove. Ÿ Remove the purge elbow and prepare to install the bottom cover. Ÿ Move the vehicle so that the reinstalled tower bottom cover is aligned with the tower lower opening flange and parked. Ÿ Start the oil pump, the operation method is the same as before. Ÿ Align the bottom cover of the tower and there is no deflection. Ÿ After the tower cover is aligned with the flange under the tower, install the bolts. Ÿ When tightening the bolts with a wrench, the following sequence should be followed: 1. Tightening in the triangular position, 2. Tightening in the spaced position, 3. Tightening one by one, and then complete. Ÿ Install the short feeding pipe, being careful not to get any debris caught on the sealing surface. Ÿ Stop the oil pump, open the oil return valve, lower the lifting plunger, and drive to a safe position. Ÿ Cooperate with the coke tower post to conduct leak testing on the tower after coke removal. Ÿ If there is a local leakage point, slightly tighten the adjacent bolts 2-3 times, and then extend the tightening to both sides with the leakage point bolt as the center. Ÿ When the leakage is not serious, tightening can be extended directly from the leaking point bolt to both sides. Ÿ When the bolts can no longer be tightened and leakage still exists, all bolts should be disassembled, the sealing surface should be cleaned again, and check whether there are hard scratches, debris, etc. Replace the sealing ring (steel ring) as appropriate, or wrap it with graphite paper as required.
