I’m not sure which type of cleaning the landlord is referring to. As for cleaning the nozzle, it involves either cleaning it after reversing its orientation or some other method; for cleaning a nozzle that has been reversed, steam condensate can be used to soak it for a while, after which a needle can be used to clear the holes in the nozzle. However, this requires a high level of physical effort. Generally, we soak it for a while, then lift the nozzle and lower it again, repeating this several times until the nozzle is clean.
