Article 17: Strictly enforce management systems for the storage, transportation, and use of various flammable and explosive materials, and implement safety protection and emergency avoidance measures. Chapter 7: Management of Safety for External Labor Force Article 15: Safety contract management must be implemented for external labor force. 1. When evaluating subcontractors, their safety management capabilities are also assessed to select qualified ones.
