As the title suggests, what should be the bottom temperature of the flash tower in order to remove the components with temperatures below 370 degrees? Adopt normal pressure process
It’s hard to answer; that’s not the function of a flash tower. Generally, it is controlled at 170–190 at the bottom of the tower.
The temperature in the upper flasher is raised to 360–370; to remove the material at 370 pressure under normal conditions, it’s obvious that a temperature around 370 is necessary (how else can it be removed if it doesn’t vaporize?) ), there is no other way. . . What is the maximum heat exchange capacity? (330 is already the limit), and I’m talking about the case where there is no external heat source to provide support. . . So it’s not easy to achieve this by relying on heat exchange. . . If steam superheated to 400 is introduced at the bottom of the flash tower, it becomes steam distillation, with water involved and its own partial pressure; this may reduce the need for heating and heat exchange to some extent, and in such cases 280/290 might be sufficient. . . I’m offering an idea here; you can go to a computer and do some simulation calculations to see. . . :lol
