I am currently working on a lubricant pipeline with a pressure of 0.98 MPa, a temperature of 30°C, and a diameter of 73×4. It connects two devices; the fluids from these devices combine before flowing out through this pipeline. Due to layout constraints, after accounting for the size of the valves used to connect to the devices, the length of the pipeline leading to the exit point is only 160 mm. Although it is possible to create a hollow section in such a short pipeline, I’m not sure what impact this would have on the strength of the pipeline when a 73×4 pipeline is incorporated into it I would appreciate your advice
