For a 125MW domestic power unit, it is intended to install compressed air purging devices on the large and small oil nozzles. The oil pressure is 2 MPA, while the compressed air pressure is 0.5 MPA. When the fuel supply used for assisting combustion through the oil nozzles is turned off, compressed air is used to purge the oil nozzle pipelines. Check valves and solenoid valves are to be installed on the compressed air pipelines to prevent fuel from entering them. It is recommended to install a check valve between the compressor outlet and the oil line purge inlet. In the case of continuous use, a globe valve can be added after the pressure reducing valve to facilitate maintenance or replacement of the check valve. If a blowing time setting is required, an electromagnetic valve must be added after the check valve, and it is necessary to add a stop valve after the electromagnetic valve. For the pressure retention issue of air compressors, there are automatic pressure release mechanisms or shutdown interlock devices. What about the size and pressure rating of the solenoid valves? For fuel solenoid valves used in power plants, German GSR products are recommended as they offer excellent quality. As for check valves, it is advisable to choose those with two plates depending on the space available on site, as they are smaller in size
