What’s good for dilute acid pumps? Let’s share some experience
We use Anhui Wannai’s product
One is from Yixing Zeus Pump Industry, and the other is from Yixing Engineering Plastics Factory; the latter has a higher price, but there is no difference in quality. Nanjing does it too; there are quite a lot of such projects being carried out there now. The key is the lining material and sealing performance. Corrosion resistance of acid-resistant particles.
Fluoride alloy pumps can be used; they are of high quality, inexpensive, and offer excellent value for money!
Yixing Engineering Plastics Factory and Yixing Zeus Pump Industry are both commonly used. The former is more expensive because it is made of integral engineering plastic, while the latter is not.
We have used the JW series of dilute acid pumps from Dalian Jinshan, and their performance was good; however, they are a bit expensive. We have also used pumps from Yixing Zeus Pump Industry, and those were acceptable as well
If the flow rate is not high, a magnetically driven pump should also work well. Our company uses it to transport finished acid, and the results are excellent.
We have used the Anhui Wolong pumps as well as the Zeus pumps, and both are quite good. The mechanical seals of the Zeus pumps can be replaced relatively quickly, and the after-sales service is satisfactory
It is recommended to use steel-lined PTFE pumps; for low-flow dilute acids, polypropylene acid-resistant pumps can be used.
The three companies we commonly see when installing outdoor equipment are Anhui Wannai, Yixing Engineering Plastics Factory, and Yixing Zeus Pump Industry.
Why not use imported ones? Our all-plastic, non-metallic pumps are quite distinctive – they eliminate the problems associated with mechanical seals. They are designed specifically for applications involving the transport of materials containing solid particles or dust. If anyone encounters similar situations and struggles to find a solution, please contact me: lol. This post was last edited by tecnium on 2009-3-12 at 16:32
Using fluoropolymer alloy pumps works well; they have good corrosion resistance and are not expensive.
Our unit uses those from Boshan, and the performance is excellent.
