I have a question regarding compressors

The hydrogen and nitrogen compressors are the heart of an ammonia synthesis plant. Due to the expansion, the compressors are arranged in separate sections that are far apart from each other; it is difficult to detect voltage fluctuations in such a setup in a timely manner. There are multiple contact numbers, and whether the operators focus on dealing with the current compressor or make a phone call first can affect their ability to handle the situation. If automatic control can be added, use it; if a voltage stabilizer can be installed, use that as well. With such a setup, efforts can only be made at the hardware level.

It’s good to use a PLC system; communication can be done via walkie-talkies.
The issue can be easily resolved by using more speakers during on-site installation, or by having individuals wear walkie-talkies. .
Walkie-talkies are the most economical, convenient, and practical solution; add automatic control if conditions permit.
