Suggestions to promote stability in the moderator team

I’m no longer serving as a moderator. I have a suggestion for the cleaners: 1. Could the salary of moderators be increased to include an annual bonus? Since the situation is always changing, those moderators who work tirelessly deserve to be encouraged! ! Those who hold management positions continuously for half a year should be granted an allowance that increases on a monthly or quarterly basis. 2. I remember there was a post titled something like–HaiChuan Chemical Forum–People of HaiChuan: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/viewthread....=%BA%A3%B4%A8%C8%CB It should be organized and taken care of properly. The English-speaking world has already established its halls of fame; it’s time to document the history of Hai Chuan as well, otherwise it will be forgotten over time! The competitions held in 2007, as well as the annual selections of the top ten entries – there are many events that deserve to be remembered. Good events should also have rules established, and those rules should be followed consistently. 3. In the machinery category, Tao Mu Chao Ban created a family portrait for me, which has left me with many fond memories; I really hope that Hai Chuan will also create a family portrait someday. Haha, let me offer my newly created one as a replacement. Ratings can’t be given right now. I’m grateful for the encouragement from the old forum members; I’ll definitely work hard. The management team at HaiChuan is quite stable – it’s one of the best among the forums I’ve seen. HaiChuan’s success today is thanks to the hard work of these leaders. I’ll learn from them and hope to make my own contribution; every member of HaiChuan is contributing, and that’s why HaiChuan will keep getting better day by day
