Seeking information on filler cleaning

First, I’d like to ask you whether your packing is structured packing or loose packing. Structured packing includes things like honeycomb grids or wire mesh corrugated packing, while loose packing consists of elements such as Pall rings, LaSi rings, and rectangular saddle rings. If it’s structured packing, it’s basically unusable after carbon buildup occurs – once that happens, it’s damaged and cannot be reinstalled; even if forced back in, it won’t work properly. With loose packing, however, it can be taken out, burned using fire (making sure to control the intensity of the fire so as not to damage it), and then gently shaken to reveal the metallic surface, thereby burning away and shaking off all the carbon buildup. After that, it can be reinstalled and continued to be used. This process can be repeated many times, with only a small amount of packing needing to be replaced each time.
