What to do? I’m so frustrated. I haven’t done anything at all; all day long I just...... I’ll stop talking about it; it makes me sad when I think about it.........
Find things to do on your own. Our managers never assign us specific tasks; we just need to find relevant work to do. Don’t keep waiting passively – be proactive. If you love your job, then pour your enthusiasm into it.
If it’s a company, there are definitely tasks to do, unless you work in a public institution. You should think about why the company isn’t giving you any work Is it really not there, or do you just lack the ability to respond? If it’s truly not there, then this is exactly the time to improve oneself – learn from more experienced workers, get more hands-on experience; even if it means acting as a helper by handing your mentor pliers or something. That’s how I got where I am. Hehe
There’s nothing to do; the experienced workers aren’t here either – they’ve all gone out to work. I don’t know how to do it, and I can’t carry out the tasks on my own. There’s simply no work assigned to me, so how am I supposed to work...
I really want to help out, but I can’t even see the person – it’s frustrating!
Think about it from two perspectives: on one hand, could there be a problem with your company’s policies? After all, companies with strict policies generally don’t spend money without expecting people to work (except for those companies with a collective work system)； On the other hand, it’s a matter of your personal attitude – there are things right in front of you that you don’t even realize, because initiative is still very important: lol

There’s still such a thing happening these days, which shows that the management of this company is pretty average! Take this opportunity to observe more, apply theory to practice, review what you’ve learned at school to gain new insights, and get ready to take action!
It’s the same when you first start at a company; just keep going step by step! ! ! ! !
It will get better gradually. I’m new to the company as well, so just don’t put too much pressure on yourself
Learn more stuff, okay? Find out in detail what the experienced workers are doing, what projects the company is working on, what you lack from what you learned at school, and what experience and knowledge you still need. There are so many things you can do by searching for useful information on a computer. Otherwise, how can you do your work if you’re suddenly asked to do it?
Observe more closely what other colleagues are doing, and communicate with them regularly to learn from them and seek their advice.
This is the perfect time to study hard – read more relevant books and observe the working styles of other employees in the company, as it will be of great help to you in the future.
People who have no enthusiasm in their eyes act like that wherever they are; be more proactive, dude! Good medicine tastes bitter; please forgive any offense!
Get some books to read on your own, or learn from them*. In the workplace, you have to rely on yourself; it’s not like in school, where everything is arranged by the teachers, with lots of homework and exercises for you to do.

I work at a state-owned enterprise, and it’s the same there; I work in the office with hardly anything to do all day. I taught myself AUTOcad on my own; now I’m preparing to take the Chemical Engineering Engineer exam. I read books at the office, and after passing that exam I plan to try taking the civil service exam as well :)
What a great learning opportunity – don’t miss it; use this time to recharge yourself. You’ll understand this when you go to other busy companies.
