There is no fixed rule regarding when to start the preheating water circulation; you can first establish the preheating water circulation before starting the oven； It is also possible to raise the temperature to 150°C before establishing it; in this case, attention should be paid to maintaining negative pressure stability ； If the material of the downcomer in the quench ring is of good quality, it is possible to establish a preheated water circulation once the furnace temperature reaches 400°C.
