To recognize the considerable time and effort invested by the moderators of Desert Populus in organizing materials that were not in proper order, this post has been created as a way to reward them, as well as all those who helped with the organization. Hehe, I only did that little bit of work; it was discovered by the quality control team. How touching! :( I still haven’t finished it yet – I’ve just sorted out the irregular documents in the process management and process design sections, and I’ve only organized over 50 documents from the production area. There are over 800 more articles. I am mobilizing several junior Sea Friends who have asked me for advice on upgrading to participate in the organization work, and I have already told them the methods for it. Some moderators from other areas as well as this area have also participated. There are Wu You Yuan Wu Hui, Xi Du, bingyu252, flyyi61, Pan Xuan Niao, and others; in addition, David Li Xi, goattiger, and *aohe8888 also actively participated in managing the organized posts. The day before yesterday, I happened to notice that one member had done a good job organizing things; after sharing their work, I thought it was great, so I also organized a bit myself, though I didn’t post any comments. I heard that the understanding comrade Shenhai discovered this and came specifically to receive an award as a way of showing strong support for their work and full approval of their efforts.

I organized dozens of articles before the New Year. This is my first time participating in an activity like this, and I’m not sure if I’ll be qualified. With the strong encouragement of all the moderators, it took me one month and a little over a week to complete the courses at Haichuan Primary School, and I was honored to advance to middle school. However, there was one thing that upset me: when it came to receiving the red envelope for finishing primary school, I only got 1 unit of wealth. . .
Compared to the moderators mentioned above, I’m considered a newcomer, but I try to be active :lol I really want to contribute more to the forum, though often I don’t know where to start.
