During the process of boiling distilled water, the cooling water is discharged directly; how can it be recovered or reused?
It is possible to consider building two larger water storage tanks: one for collecting cooling water (this tank is located above the distiller); once a certain amount of water has been collected and cooled, it is pumped to another tank (also located above the distiller) before being fed into the distiller, and this process repeats itself. But generally speaking, the cooling water is discharged directly.
I didn’t see any recycling; it’s all discharged directly. Since the volume of water is relatively small, recycling isn’t worthwhile

It turns out that when using the 200 L/h steam distiller for water produced by Changchun Medical Equipment Factory, the large volume of cooling water and its high temperature meant that the cooling water was collected in a 10-cubic-meter insulated water tank, which could be used for various purposes. The electric distiller currently in use has a capacity of 20 L/h, and the cooling water volume is around 140 L/h. Due to space constraints related to the location of the distiller, it is not possible to recycle this water for now. It’s a waste; it’s really sad. :(

I tried using a bypass pipe to feed cooling water back into the level balance port; although this helped with replenishing water, it affected the cooling efficiency, so it is recommended to vent it. Unless you build a big pool. Another method is to maintain a balanced opening for the cooling water, which will result in lower losses. There is no low-cost solution; it’s recommended to give up, so as not to lose more by trying to save a little. I’ve seen cases where saving a few hundred times wasn’t enough to offset one loss. Safety comes first.

Recycling cooling water is an idea aimed at saving energy and reducing emissions, but in most cases it is discharged rather than recycled. The best way to recycle it is to prepare a larger container and pour it directly into that container, where it can be used for domestic water or for cleaning purposes in laboratory tests; this way, no significant investment is required while still achieving the goal of reuse.
