Our oil-powered machinery moves slowly – what’s going on?
It could be 1. a leak in the piston inside the hydraulic actuator, or 2. the piston inside the throttle valve is slightly stuck, preventing the power fluid from flowing properly to the hydraulic actuator.
Could it be that the return hole is too large, resulting in a low pulse oil pressure flow rate and thus affecting the operation of the hydraulic motor? You can try adjusting it appropriately.
The speed of response of the hydraulic actuators in our factory is controlled by a damper and a one-way shut-off valve; I’m not sure if yours have such components
I have encountered this problem before; there are many reasons for sluggish operation. Firstly, the delay rate of the speed control system is high, and this can be adjusted. The oil circuit of the amplifier should also be cleaned {sr4t speed controller}. 2 The secondary oil circuit should be cleaned. In the case of incorrect throttle operation, it is necessary to clean and adjust it, in order to increase the rotation frequency of the slide valve inside the throttle as well as the vibration frequency of the slide valve up and down.
Clean the internal components of the hydraulic actuator, replace worn parts, and improve the management of lubricating oil.
