Recently, the company plans to install a set of urgent reminder devices. I would like to ask which colleague knows what scale is considered large or even the largest for such systems in China. There are two types of these devices – could you list them one by one? Thank you.

As for the scale of the facility, it should be determined based on one’s actual circumstances and the relevant industrial policies. In terms of technology, I think the two-stage riser technology developed by the Petroleum University is quite good.
The largest heavy oil catalytic unit at present is likely the 3.5 million tons per year heavy oil catalytic unit in Dalian. Designed by Luoyang Design Institute, it performs well. The regeneration system employs fast-bed and turbulent-bed regeneration, with the regenerator and reactor arranged side by side at the same height.
The largest ones available in China seem to be 350Wt; both coaxial and vertical/horizontal configurations should be possible, with the coaxial version taking up less space.
Dalian: 3.5 million tons of catalysis, rapid-bed + turbulent-bed regeneration; the reaction seems similar to MGD. High and low side by side.
