How to convert a process diagram into a machine processing drawing?

I work in water treatment processes, and I want to integrate these processes into a single unit in the form of equipment. All process dimensions are available, but I don’t know how to express them in machine processing language. Since the entire structure is quite simple, similar to a storage tank, Q235 has been chosen; considerations must be given to the walkway slabs, reinforcing ribs, and the specifications in the equipment fabrication drawings. Since the total volume of the equipment is only 10 cubic meters and its height is 3 meters, I don’t think detailed calculations are necessary for strength verification or design enhancements; of course, it would be good to have them, but I’m not sure where to find design examples for such equipment. As long as what is done is understandable to the workers who carry out the processing, there’s no need for part diagrams or assembly drawings; using them on one’s own is too formalistic, and there’s no time to learn such things. There are no professionals available; I just need a template. I didn’t know anything about civil engineering before, so I used someone else’s template to build a sewage tank with a volume of 600 cubic meters. For the rebar layout inside, it was sufficient to use thicker rebar. The cost was a bit higher in the end, but the tank is very sturdy – it’s 5 meters high. The sewage treatment facility has been in use for over 3 years now, and it’s working well. I drew the equipment diagram in college, but I’ve forgotten almost all of it. I think a simple explanation will suffice. These days, it’s hard to find people who are that dedicated in society; many technical staff in companies also need to have some knowledge of electricity and civil engineering. For very small projects, if professional personnel are required, isn’t the cost too high?
Choose your equipment manufacturing supplier, have them convert the process plans into equipment construction drawings, and then proceed with the manufacturing; this is how most equipment is stored these days.
What we are working on are experimental devices, and we turn to small factories to manufacture them; they only know how to read blueprints, so we still need to learn the basic knowledge related to equipment

It cannot be simply understood as a process diagram being converted into the so-called “equipment machining drawing”. Technical work is a highly specialized field that requires utmost attention to detail; otherwise, irreversible losses can occur. According to your process diagram, it should be designed by technical personnel from the relevant field. The relevant calculations also cannot be omitted casually. For designers with considerable practical experience, it is also possible to determine the parameters using analogy without performing calculations. Be careful; take it seriously!
