What is the working principle of a vacuum prevention valve? Where are vacuum relief valves used?
Control valves are installed in vacuum systems, *commonly referred to as vacuum-breaking and vacuum-prevention valves. It is generally operated by an electromagnet, which controls it to turn the system medium on and off or to break the vacuum at a set rate. Unlike safety valves, vacuum-breaking valves are required for process design purposes. It is used to break the vacuum state of the system, enabling shutdown or partial shutdown for easier maintenance or system switching. According to the process requirements, the vacuum break valve can be a manual valve or an automatically controlled valve. The purpose is to introduce the required medium into the system in order to increase its absolute pressure.
