I am not familiar with ammonia evaporation equipment. Has anyone ever used ammonia evaporation equipment and ammonia recovery equipment?
May I ask LZ under what circumstances do you recover ammonia gas in ammonia water? We have a set of ammonia recovery equipment, which is a process that reuses the collected ammonia water by heating it. An ammonia recovery tank, heating device, ammonia water collection pump, tail gas tank and sulfuric acid for tail gas treatment are required.
Ours is dilute ammonia water. We need to increase the concentration and then circulate it again to make the reaction solution. In this way, we can not waste ammonia, save resources and protect the environment.

However, if the investment allows, it is best to use structured packing in the distillation tower, which not only has good effects, but also saves steam consumption.
