1. Filter bag Our company uses GFG-300 high-efficiency boiling dryer. The filter bag basically needs to be replaced once a month. We make our own filter bags. The main problem is that the needle holes are large, the material runs out, and it is easy to break. I wonder if there are better materials available now? ? ? 2. The stainless steel stirrer that mixes the materials below often wears out the steel mesh below. Is there a better solution? 3. Materials often accumulate in chimneys, causing a lot of material to escape. There is a layer of materials accumulated on our exterior walls. 4. The sound is very loud. We built a glass room at the motor shortly after installation, but the sound is still not quiet. I don’t know how to solve it?
The filter material can be considered to be coated filter material, which is moisture-resistant and non-stick material. Since it is surface filtration, it can basically achieve zero emissions. Noise problems should be sealed in professional soundproof rooms, not just any house.
