Our continuous reforming unit originally had two hydrogen compressors for external supply, one in operation and one as a backup. After the modification, an additional compressor was added, resulting in two compressors in operation and one as a backup. In practice, however, when both compressors are in use, the vibration in the outlet pipeline is quite severe, and the outlet buffer tank has developed cracks on several occasions. Do any of you have any good suggestions? Thank you

Please have a pipeline expert evaluate the pipelines behind the compressor to determine whether modifications are necessary; ⒉Tighten the pipelines and add supports where necessary ; ⒊When both units are operating, the load must be equal; it should either be 50% for each or 100%, to ensure a balanced load.
Can a reciprocating compressor operate at 50% load for an extended period of time?
Back to Floor 4: The new air valves from Holberg used in reciprocating compressors allow them to operate at 50% load for extended periods of time, as no issues have been observed with stepless regulation using such valves.
Piping vibration: if the fixation is proper, check whether there is a \"resonance\" phenomenon. Try taking measures to change the natural frequency of the piping system.
