Yes, it’s the “8”-shaped blind plate; the proper term is spectacle blind. Did the original poster make a mistake, as there is no such word as SPECTABLE?
That’s right; it’s a blind plate with double loops, namely the SPECTABLE BLIND figure 8 blank (an 8-shaped blind plate)
