Bottled nitrogen and its decompression

I have a project on hand that requires bottled nitrogen, and I would like to ask for some clarification on the following points: (1) How many different specifications are available for 99.5% pure bottled nitrogen? What is the pressure level? (What I found is 15 MPa and 40 L.) (2) Are there any pressure regulators available that can reduce the pressure to 0.1 MPa, with a pipe diameter of around DN25? (There should be a stand-alone control valve following the pressure regulator.) I hope those who know more about this can help me out. Thank you.:loveliness:
If nothing else works, install a nitrogen distribution station
There are pressure regulators that can reduce the pressure directly to 0.1 Mpa; you can look it up on your own or consult the supplier.
Pressure relief valves are available in various pressure specifications, and should be able to reduce pressure to 0. 1MPA simply refers to a change in the spring force inside. However, it seems that there are no fittings with a DN25 size after pressure reduction; most of them are around DN10. You can use an adapter to change the size
There is no problem in using a pressure regulator to reduce the pressure to this level. The imported pressure regulators that we supply can reduce the pressure to 6 psi, which is equivalent to 0.41 bar or 41 Kpa – so it will certainly meet your requirements.
