http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-227924-1-1.html The poster of this page has attached a diagram of a dual solenoid valve. After looking at this diagram, there is something I don’t understand: there is an “E/P” label on the valve, attached to it, and then there is instrument air (including the instrument air coming from the solenoid valve). What is this component? What is its function? ?
Electrical converter (valve positioner)
E/P: Converting electrical signals into pneumatic signals; this refers to electronic/pneumatic transducers. E/P is the abbreviation for Electronic-Pneumatic Transducers. For example, Honeywell’s RP7517A and RP7517B. GENERAL INFORMATION: The RP7517A and RP7517B electronic-pneumatic transducers are used in electronic-pneumatic control systems to transform a proportional electrical output signal from a controller into a direct-acting, proportional pneumatic signal. The RP7517A is powered by the control signal. It is available with or without a cover for panel mounting; the model with a cover provides a higher pressure output than the model without a cover, and its performance is roughly equivalent to that of the RP7517B in terms of pressure generation. The RP7517B (used in conjunction with Excel) has an internal amplifier and requires a lower current control signal. It is also available with or without a cover for panel mounting. DESCRIPTION: The RP7517A and RP7517B electronic-pneumatic transducers are used in electronic-pneumatic control systems to convert a proportional electrical output signal from a controller into a direct-acting, proportional pneumatic signal. The RP7517A is powered by the control signal. It is available with or without a cover for panel mounting; the model with a cover offers a higher pressure output than the model without a cover, and its performance is approximately equal to that of the RP7517B in terms of pressure generation. The RP7517B (used with Excel) has an internal amplifier and requires a lower current control signal.
We just needed this thing; Banzhu gave me extra points!!!
I originally wanted to display it with textures, but the level isn’t high enough; I don’t have the permissions
