There’s a set of instructions for starting and stopping the compressor. Recently, the company issued some guidelines for cleaning the compressor; even when cleaning it, one has to follow those instructions. What’s more, we’re supposed to create our own guidelines for cleaning as well. I was unfortunately chosen for this task, and now I’m worried about how to draft them. Does anyone here have experience in this area? Please help. The content should include labor protection, equipment, safety, and so on. Thank you all here.
You can write it this way by dividing it into a main system and a auxiliary system； 1 The main system includes the drive unit and the compressor (working unit); specify the cleaning requirements for each component as well as the safety precautions to be observed during cleaning ； The 2 auxiliary systems include the cooling system, lubrication system, heating system in the plant building, fire protection system, doors and windows of the plant building, and compressor auxiliaries (coolers, separators and their associated pipelines and accessories). Write out the safety precautions and cleanup requirements based on the characteristics of each of the aforementioned systems ；
