Like the question, does this kind of storage tank have nitrogen coming out from the breathing valve when it is not receiving or discharging oil?
The tank will evaporate a small amount at the ambient volatilization temperature; in the case of a higher temperature environment, the volatilization amount will be larger. Under normal conditions, there is also a breathing amount. Nitrogen and a small amount of process medium gas will be breathed out from the breathing valve. Of course, the amount will change according to the temperature of the environment.
