Who determines the explosion-proof rating of factory buildings? Is it determined by specialists in a certain field? We are the ones who set the requirements for the manufacturing process; the architecture department determines the fire prevention rating, while the manufacturing process determines the explosion-proof rating. Is it the same for everyone else as well?
